Titanium Magic Stand Pro Case

Casekoo has been my phone case over many years, so when I upgraded to iPhone 16 pro I chose the casekoo case with the magnetic ring stand that rotates. I had been previously well satisfied with the ring stand that did not rotate. I love my new case but notice after a few weeks that the ring does not always fit flush when closed. It wants to stay partially out. I never had that problem before. The case cost $45.00. Definitely NOT CHEAP! I’m not satisfied that the ring seems to have an issue with fully closing in flush to the phone. I love the clear and purple case over my new matte white phone. I’m so disappointed and want a case with same look but one in which the ring stand does NOT rotate. I can’t find that on your website but did see it on Amazon, however I can’t find it now. I have a return authorized and guess I’ll just have to find a new phone case brand.

Having purchased CaseKoo products previously, I ordered a new case when I purchased my new phone. I bought the desert titanium to match the color of the phone. The case was very nice, but the color was not a good fit for me. Customer service replaced the desert titanium case with a clear one in a matter of days and without any hesitation. The new case is sturdy and is the same excellent quality that I have become accustomed to. I am very appreciative of the CaseKoo customer service department, and I am very happy with my case.

It’s sleek, simple but luxe looking. The color complements my desert titanium iPhone 16pro perfectly. And the stand seems sturdy - I used it once for several hours and it was a nice perk. But honestly even if I never use the stand, love this case.
