When I first laid eyes on this case I was immediately sold—I loved the look, the sleek yet solid feel in my hand, it seemed to offer decent protection, and most of all the very convenient “magic stand”. Though I only used it occasionally, I loved the flexibility of being able to place the phone both vertically and horizontally while reading or watching videos, without having to worry about it toppling over. I got many compliments and even recommended it to several people. It was great while it lasted… unfortunately after less than 2 months of very gentle use, the ring stand just snapped right off. It seems the reviewer below had a similar experience, and this is truly a shame because the concept is genius, but quality and execution poor. I think that perhaps the metal/other materials used to create the stand are not holding up to the winding up of the spring which enables the 360 rotation. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed because was hoping I would get a little longer than just a few weeks of light use. Now I am forced to buy a new case, as the broken metal ring left a very sharp edge behind, making this case unusable even without the stand functionality. If the quality/design should improve, I would consider purchasing in the future, but for now I would steer clear and look elsewhere.

I recently purchased your product and was initially impressed by its stability and elegant design. However, I am now quite disappointed, as the ring has suddenly detached. Could you please advise me on the next steps? Is it necessary to invest a significant amount of money again, or should I consider purchasing a new case every few weeks? I am deeply saddened by this experience.
