Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between successful payment confirmation and shipment fulfillment, during which CASEKOO prepares and hands over your order to the logistics carrier.
For orders shipped to the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Canada, selected products may qualify for local warehouse fulfillment. Orders placed on the same day are typically shipped on the next business day. CASEKOO partners with carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, and DHL for delivery services.
For orders shipped to other regions or fulfilled from our China warehouse, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended due to logistics congestion and carrier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.
