Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

If your order is canceled successfully before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Conditions & Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized products

  • Personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the customer (such as ordering the wrong item, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are determined by the courier or shipping provider selected by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (including damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items), CASEKOO will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fees

CASEKOO does not charge any restocking fees for returned products.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the return.

We will then notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform.

  • Most refunds are completed within several business days after approval.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, since refunds can take additional processing time before posting.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact us within 3 business days after delivery.
